1. Introduction
The Elinom Verify module is part of the Elinom ERP platform. Verify identity, businesses, employees, and vendors with Elinom Verify.
Open the module from the ERP shell sidebar (#elinom-verify) or directly at public/elinom-verify.html. Authenticated users with module access land on the main workspace; visitors may see a marketing landing page first.
Elinom Verify administrators — configuration, master data, and approvals.
Day-to-day users — create and manage records in assigned sections.
Managers — dashboards, reports, and team oversight.
2. Getting Started
First-time setup checklist
Log in with a user that has Elinom Verify access.
Open Elinom Verify from the ERP sidebar (#elinom-verify).
Complete module Settings and organisation defaults in Company Settings.
Review Verification Dashboard and confirm data loads correctly.
Run a test workflow before inviting additional users.
Tip: Confirm your organisation has the Elinom Verify module enabled in subscription settings before going live.

Elinom Verify integrates with other Elinom modules including Accounting, Analytics, Company Settings. Data events flow through the platform data bridge so related records stay in sync.
Ensure integrated modules are active on your subscription.
Configure shared master data in the source module first.
Review cross-module links from transaction detail screens where available.
Use Elinom Analytics for cross-module reporting when enabled.
10. Troubleshooting & FAQs
Module locked or padlock overlay — activate the Elinom Verify add-on or contact your billing administrator.
Blank screen in a section — refresh the page; ensure you are authenticated and the iframe finished loading.
401 / 403 errors — session expired or insufficient role; log in again or contact admin.
Data not syncing — verify the related module is enabled and check Company Settings.
Missing menu item — your role may not include access; ask an administrator to review permissions.
